This Stillpoint certification program is designed to provide Spiritual Directors with valuable understanding of group direction, combined with guided, hands-on practice.
Upon completion of the program, graduates will:
Understand the elements of group spiritual direction
Experience facilitating groups and navigating group dynamics
Explore how following rhythms of silence, prayer, and speech can foster deeper conversations, connection with the Divine and openness to transformation

Trauma-Informed Spiritual Direction Training
This Stillpoint offering equips seasoned spiritual directors in becoming supervisors for other spiritual directors ever in service of the directees we are graced to companion.
Through presentations, case studies, demonstrations, triadic real-plays, and one-on-one supervision sessions, we will explore the nature of supervision, common issues brought to supervision in the ministry of spiritual direction, dynamics of power and privilege in spiritual direction, models of supervision, and the skills and processes that cultivate interior freedom and grounded clarity in the spiritual directors one is called to supervise.
This Stillpoint training is an invitation to deepen spiritual directors capacity to sit with embodied traumatic memory when it stirs.
Through contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and small-group story engagement, we will journey to the edges where spiritual direction meets trauma — noticing where Sacred Mystery opens doorways to healing. We will venture into our own stories in a facilitated, confidential circle as much as we enter one another’s, because the space we offer others is only as steady as the ground we've tended within ourselves.
Contemplative Retreats
Stillpoint’s One Day Retreats are a day of tending to the longing of the soul. These contemplative retreats are space and time apart, in community, to listen to the new and old ways Spirit is working in our lives and strengthening us for our work in the world. This care of our interior life helps us know what is ours to do, and know we have all that we need to do it.
These retreats are designed to be restorative and deeply nourishing to spiritual directors.

An Enneagram Graduate Program for Spiritual Directors
Stillpoint is considering adding another graduate program to the current offerings. One that is being considered is an Enneagram program that will be valuable in the process of self awareness and understanding, and that can lead to a greater awareness of one another.
