BioSpiritual Focusing Practice Circle
EVERY TUESDAY ONLINE 12:00pm - 12:30pm PT
1:00pm MT / 2:00pm CT / 3:00pm ET
What we know is all the difficult feelings we carry within us, sadness, fear and anxiety, physical pain and tension are all in need of our own listening and kindness.
We can learn to bring compassion to our most difficult feelings rather than pushing them down, and by strengthening this relationship with our bodies we find a pathway into profound healing and release.
This journey can lead us to the place inside our bodies where God resides, the place of love in our hearts. This journey can lead us home to ourselves.
You are invited to join a circle of companions for the Spiritual Practice of Focusing.
“Focusing is not a panacea, it is not about changing oneself. Yet sometimes in the Spiritual Life change (conversion) is in order. It is only when I accept myself as I am that I can change. Focusing is about accepting myself as I am. Caring for myself in a “focusing way” allows the unfolding of the stories written in my body – stories that need to be listened to.”

“Our bodies have been waiting since our birth for us to realize that they are an amazing resource. This should have been a wisdom passed down through the ages, but somehow it was lost to us along the way. The Good News is we are able to rediscover this truth before it is too late. So welcome home to yourself.”
