Rev. Nhien Vuong, JD, MDiv, is a spiritual director, contemplative Enneagram teacher, ordained Unity minister, and founder of Evolving Enneagram, a contemplative formation school devoted to compassionate awakening and embodying our true, divine nature. Drawing on more than two decades of Enneagram study and practice, she accompanies individuals and communities of diverse faith backgrounds on the path of spiritual transformation. An international presenter and writer, Nhien is the author of The Enneagram of the Soul: A 40-Day Spiritual Companion for the 9 Types. She is passionate about helping people come home to their own wholeness and live it more fully in everyday life.
Tia Norman is a contemplative teacher, pastor, and spiritual guide rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition. Her work explores the intersections of spirituality, psychology, identity, and human consciousness, inviting people into deeper awareness of the Divine through contemplative practice and inner transformation.
As Pastor of Awakenings, Inc., she leads a contemplative Christian community serving seekers both within and beyond traditional religious spaces. Clergy, spiritual directors, therapists, social workers, activists, and spiritually curious people are often drawn to her work for its integration of contemplation, embodied spirituality, and communal formation.
Tia also curates the annual Black Contemplative Prayer Virtual Summit, centering Black Contemplative Voices while welcoming participants from diverse traditions. Her formation includes study through the Center for Action and Contemplation's Living School and the work of Father Thomas Keating. Her work has been featured in USA Today, and she is recognized by Wesleyan Impact Partners as part of a new generation of leaders shaping the future of the Christian church.
Lisa Colón DeLay concentrates on spiritual formation and has written two books “The Wild Land Within” and “The Way of the Desert Elders”. She has done the Spark My Muse podcast since 2015 and enjoys spiritual companioning, teaching, and leading retreats. Native born to Puerto Rico, she now lives in Eastern Pennsylvania.
