Announcing Stillpoint's New Executive Director

Dear Beloved Stillpoint Community,

On behalf of the Board, it is with deep joy that I bring wonderful news! After a thorough and prayerful process led by our Executive Director Search Committee, Stillpoint has appointed Jasmine Bellamy to serve as our next Executive Director. Her official start date will be March 1, 2026.

It is an honor to introduce you to her:

Jasmine Bellamy is a contemplative practitioner, spiritual director, and purpose-driven senior executive with more than thirty years of leadership experience across for-profit, nonprofit, faith-based, academic, and mission-driven contexts. She is a graduate of Stillpoint’s BIPOC Spiritual Journey Program and received her Certificate in Spiritual Direction through Liberated Together. Jasmine is the Founder and Spiritual Director of Love 101 Ministries and the Founder of The LOVING Leader, integrated formation initiatives devoted to the theology and practice of Love as a lived discipline. Through retreats, leadership cohorts, and communities of practice, she guides diverse leaders and seekers in integrating contemplative depth, spiritual reflection, and courageous action.

Alongside her spiritual leadership, Jasmine brings extensive executive experience from the marketplace. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Head of Community & Culture at Reebok, where she led both enterprise-level business strategy and organizational culture transformation. She created and co-facilitated Courageous Conversations, a multi-modal communal practice supporting the organization’s journey toward becoming an anti-racist culture. Her leadership has been recognized nationally, including being named one of Sports Illustrated’s Top 100 Influential Black Women in Sports. Across every sphere, Jasmine’s work integrates spiritual formation, relational integrity, and strategic clarity in service of transformative love.

A message from Jasmine:

“I am deeply honored to join you as Executive Director of Stillpoint. My contemplative journey has been shaped by Stillpoint, and I step into this role with gratitude, humility, and faithfulness. Our students, alumni, faculty, staff, board, and friends reflect the beautiful legacy begun 42 years ago. I look forward to this next chapter together, grounded in dialogue, discernment, and our shared commitment to stewarding the mission with love and integrity.”
                                                                                                      - Jasmine

You will hear more from Jasmine in March, but until then, please join me in welcoming her with warmth and prayer as we enter into this next chapter together.

With joy and gratitude,
Krystle Hart
