Internal Family Systems - Compassion Based Soul Care

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a contemplative, soulful, and non-pathologizing approach to
personal healing and spiritual transformation. A contemporary spiritual path, it deepens our
connection to a sacred Source of loving energy; it tends, with care, to the cacophony of
emotions, impulses, and interior self-chatter that so often swirl within us; and it restores us to our
true Self—that reservoir of personal power, expansiveness, and compassion that dwells within
every human being.

Contemplative Retreats

Stillpoint’s One Day Retreats are a day of tending to the longing of the soul. These contemplative retreats are space and time apart, in community, to listen to the new and old ways Spirit is working in our lives and strengthening us for our work in the world. This care of our interior life helps us know what is ours to do, and know we have all that we need to do it.

These retreats are designed to be restorative and deeply nourishing to spiritual directors.
