I am thrilled to be planning this retreat with Elizabeth and am filled with enthusiasm for our time together in July 2024.”

“As a practitioner and teacher of BioSpiritual Focusing, I have learned that when we bring a caring presence to our own hurting body, we activate the most powerful and effective medicine known to humankind: compassion. This practice prepares us to be agents of healing in the world.”
