Spiritual Exploration

n this ten-month class, participants explore their personal spiritual lives in a group setting, enriching their relationship with God and recognizing the ways that God is present and working in their lives. A trained facilitator guides members in developing their skills in deep listening and personal discernment. Group members are strongly encouraged to be in spiritual direction while participating in the program. (Stillpoint can refer applicants to Spiritual Directors, if desired.)

The Art of Spiritual Direction: A Training Program for Spiritual Directors

For persons who discern a call to become Spiritual Directors, Stillpoint offers training in The Art of Spiritual Direction: a two-year ecumenical program, rooted in the Christian tradition and open to all faiths. Applicants to the program must have completed the Spiritual Exploration program (described above) or an equivalent.
